Refunds and Returns
At Coco & Me Swim we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Our returns policy is outlined below:
The Australian Consumer Law applies to all requests for returns, refunds and repairs where the goods purchased are faulty and or are not as described.
If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have be removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of any wear.
All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt.
All returns must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Postage costs to return the order is the responsibility of the customer.
Coco & Me is not liable for any loss of garments being returned. We recommend traceable delivery for your return.
To return items, please contact us via email email@example.com and we will provide you with a return address.
Once we do a our quality review of the returned item we will endeavour to process within 5 business days. Once the refund process has been completed you will receive an email notification of the status of your refund
